The brain behind the mic
Hi, I’m Caroline.
I'm a dedicated and creative problem-solver with over 6 years of experience in project management spanning AAA video game production, advertising, and pre- and post- video production. I’ve spent hundreds of hours in-booth with new talent and A-list celebrities, worked on the MOCAP/PCAP floor, and managed up to 13 edit teams while working on corporate, non-profit, and highly visible democratic campaigns. My drive for success is stronger than ever and my goal is to channel my creativity, respect, and professionalism into projects and products that others can enjoy. When not working I tend to spend my time painting, gaming, rowing, and gardening!

Services,
let’s build something
Voice Direction
Whether you need a director for 1-hour or for a long-term project, I can help. I have experience directing for a wide range of media: games, product commercials, corporate videos, and democratic political ads. And I’ve worked with newly discovered talent to A-list actors. I am open to both remote and on-site sessions.
Project Management and Coordination
I have extensive experience in managing multiple projects at once, I can help create a reasonable timeline (based on project and data provided), and I keep a clean calendar. I am well versed in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and am learning Agile. If you need a fresh set of eyes on a project, send me a message. Brainstorming sessions, project coordination, and management is billed by the hour.
Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
QA and QC are sometimes used interchangeably, however they are a little different. Quality Assurance (QA) focuses on preventing defects throughout the development and production life cycle. Quality Control (QC) focuses on identifying and correcting any deviations from the established quality standards of a final product. Lucky for you, my price is the same and billed by the hour.
Talent Casting
Send me a brief description of the character/voice you need to cast and I will return with 3-6 options. Please remember to include if they need to be union or non-union and any specific demographics (age, gender, ethnicity, etc.). I have strong connections with actors, studios, and agents in the US and UK and am confident I’ll find you your perfect voice. The talent casting package I send will include: talent picture, name, location, demographics, associated agency(s), website link, and demo(s). Pricing is per character/voice needed.
Production Team Assembly
Send me a list of who you need to complete your project and I’ll connect you with the right fit. I can connect you with: video editors, audio engineers, recording studios, copywriters, performance directors, etc. Rather than sending multiple options (like how I would for talent casting), I will connect directly with the individual or team whom I think will be the best for your project and team. After speaking with them, I will then send you their info and reels and, if you approve I will lock in a call for you to meet and take over direction. Please remember to include your budget in the request and a brief description of the project/tasks needed. Pricing is per request/individual needed.
Please reach out for pricing information.
Your next chapter,

“The Performance team has done an outstanding job working with the Writing and Editing teams to meet intense deadlines and adapting to scripts that, by necessity, were changing days before they were recorded. Throughout this process, Caroline was great at communicating dates (and date changes) and staying up-to-date on our plots. The latter helped her give context to our actors at the drop of a hat in the booth. Throughout she maintained a friendly and supportive attitude and has been great to work with.”

“I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding contributions you have made to our team. Your dedication, creativity, and talent have truly been remarkable! You not only delivered exceptional work but have also been an incredible team player. Your positive attitude and professionalism were greatly (GREATLY) appreciated.”

“The Performance Team has really knocked it out of the park in the last couple months! We had the writing push and somehow they managed to wrangle to scheduling, the scripts - which would occasionally come in bits and pieces and would require reprinting - and then directing back to back VO sessions which must have been exhausting. They kept in constant communication with the writing/editing team and we somehow all made it. Hearing the lines in game and seeing the characters come to life has been gratifying and it’s because of the excellent directing and the team’s understanding of the story and characters. Thank you for your professionalism and tireless dedication.”

“Massive thank you to the team and all of our talented actors for this herculean endeavor. The amount of work that this took is incredible, and the absolutely staggering level of quality is tremendous. Thanks for everything you have done. Y’all crushed it. ”
